1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Srii Media concerning your access to and use of our services, including LED screen rentals, multicamera production, and other AV solutions.

2. Service Booking and Rentals

All bookings for equipment and services are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires advance payment or a signed agreement as stipulated in our quotation. Srii Media reserves the right to substitute equipment with similar specifications if the requested equipment is unavailable.

3. Equipment Responsibility

For rental services where our technicians are not present, the client assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until return. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period will be charged to the client at full replacement value.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event or delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for advance payments will be processed according to the terms specified in the individual service contract.

5. Liability

Srii Media shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to technical failures, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
